I've been seeing these guys on TVs for years.. we inherited the house it wasn't sure what to do. We thought let's give him a try and started with them since we saw a good reviews. Now I can see why. It didn't feel salesy or pushy and looked at every angle on what we should do. Actually in the end we just decided to keep the house and I feel so much better. We anticipated that someone would come in for a few minutes and give us a ridiculously low offer on our home and leave. But Mark spent a great deal of time with us and considered our needs and goals for selling our property.
