I couldn’t believe my good luck in finding Sierra Housing Solutions. As a retiree I couldn’t qualify for a decent mortgage so I needed to sell my current home in order to pay cash for a new one. They made it so easy! I got a good price without having to replace the carpet and deal with realtors etc. Also they are letting me stay in my home for a short while so I can get ready for the move more easily. Can't thank these guys enough for help in expediting....and being flexible...in purchasing our home. Their ability to close quickly and with minimal input from me was key to the whole process. Second, and nearly as important was the ability to simply turn over the home when we were ready to move. Due to some complexities in the need to sell the home, not having to worry about minor repairs or even leaving a completely spotless home was super important. Timing was perfect and even when we had to ask for some additional flexibility from SHS they were able to accomodate.

If you’re looking for a nice professional business this is the place to call. We needed to sell my uncle’s house to pay for his medical care. His house was in extreme disrepair with much work needing to be done inside and out. Joel and his team were wonderful and very professional, while also being very compassionate about our families circumstances. The whole process from start to finish only took three weeks! Joel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend SHS if you need to sell your home fast and in need of repairs.
We had already moved out of state at the time of our closing. There was a problem with the title company recording our sale. As soon as Joel received our call the problem was rectified. We would highly recommend SHS. From start to finish a great team to deal with!
In February of this year my wife and I were considering selling our home in Minden, NV and moving somewhere we have never had the opportunity to visit and explore. Our biggest fear was dealing with another fast talking slow walking realtor making big bucks and doing little or nothing to earn it. Two days later we met with Joel and he came up with a plan to sell our home without the stress and hassle of a realtor. Joel even gave us 15k in advance to help with the expense of relocating. Without that money in advance we would not have been able to secure another home while Joel took care of the sale of our old house. We were able to focus on relocating and not worry about what a realtor was or wasn't doing. The SHS team was amazing. With Joel's leadership they took care of listing, showing, repairing and finalizing the sale of our house. SHS did everything the commercial advertises they do and 28 days later we are on our way to the house of our dreams in Tennessee. If there were such a thing as a 6 star rating I would certainly give it to Joel and his team at Sierra Housing Solutions.

Shane & Joel are remarkable young men, their way of doing business reminds me of times gone by, simple, fair, & caring. Hi, I am a Reno senior, For the last 5 years I have wanted to downsize, yet the stress of dealing with, having people in and out of the home, appts not kept and at times so much drama. I just couldn't do it. Then I over heard SHS t.v. ad, and thought, gosh if only it were that easy. then I saw the t.v. ad, who could resist watching this young man holding a boy on each hip, instantly made me smile. I began thinking of the ad in earnest, I did the pro/con list, looked at my home objectively , and ran the numbers. I went on line an reached out to SHS, Joel called me back and after visiting on the phone a bit Joel came to see the home, Joel was very thoughtful, and like on the phone he sort of interviewed me, making sure my. . .. decision was not made in haste . The first thing i was told by Shane was if we can't help you we will get someone that can. They came out to my home promptly as we were doing the walk thru I let them know our family was and had just gone through medical crisis they were very kind and professional. Joel asked me what i needed for the house I told him then i asked him what could he offer me it was a very fair offer. They asked if they could make a call i said yes they put it on speaker phone and we all talked i made an appointment.
